Terms and Conditions of Participation – Photography Workshop
1. General
By registering for the photography workshop , each participant agrees to the following Terms and Conditions set forth by the organizer PWS.
2. Cancellation & Force Majeure
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the Workshop—including but not limited to its location, dates, instructors, or content—due to force majeure events or circumstances beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control. Such events include, but are not limited to:

Extreme weather conditions

Natural disasters
-
Pandemics or epidemics
-
Political or social unrest
-
Illness or unavailability of instructors
-
Travel bans, strikes, or other governmental restrictions
In the event of cancellation or modification due to force majeure, the Organizer’s sole responsibility shall be the refund of the Workshop participation fee paid by the Participant.
3. Waiver of Liability for Additional Expenses
The Organizer shall not be held liable for any additional costs incurred by the Participant, including but not limited to:

Transportation expenses (e.g., flights, ferries, car rentals)

Accommodation
-
Food or personal expenses
-
Cancellation fees from third-party bookings
-
Loss of income or professional opportunity
The Participant is solely responsible for selecting flexible or refundable travel and accommodation options, and is strongly encouraged to purchase travel or event cancellation insurance.
4. Modifications
The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, with prior notice to registered Participants.
5. Acceptance of Terms
By completing the registration and submitting payment, the Participant expressly confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all of the above Terms and Conditions.
